We need your help to make this conference successful. Below are sponsorships levels that are available.
Sponsorship Levels
The Premier Sponsor ($5,000) will receive: (APS Exclusive Sponsor)
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be included on the Committee’s website. If desired, the Sponsor’s direct link to their website can be added.
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be printed on conference bags and T-shirts (exclusively on the front side).
- All advertisements for the Conference will include the Sponsor’s logo and name.
- Sponsor’s logo will appear on the invitation and program for the Conference to be held on September 17, 2011 (exclusively on the front cover).
- Sponsor will be allowed to speak (5-10 minutes) at the Conference luncheon.
- Sponsor will be a given booth space at the conference.
- Sponsor will receive 16 tickets for the luncheon.
- Sponsor will be allowed to place promotional material on the luncheon tables (with approval of the Committee).
- Sponsor will be allowed to place a banner at the conference with their name and logo.
- Scholarships will include the name of the Premier Sponsor.
- Sponsor will be invited to assist in handing out the participation certificates.
- Sponsor will be invited to create a message (maximum 50 words) to participants. This message will be run as a PowerPoint presentation and shown during lunch.
The Valedictorian Sponsor ($2,500) will receive:
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be included on the Committee’s website. If desired, the Sponsor’s direct link to their website can be added.
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be printed on conference bags and T-shirts.
- All advertisements for the Conference will include the Sponsor’s logo and name.
- Sponsor’s logo will appear on the invitation and program for the Conference to be held on September 17, 2011.
- Sponsor will be a given booth space at the conference.
- Sponsor will receive 8 tickets for the luncheon.
- Sponsor will be given the opportunity to have an employee serve as a Facilitator for one of the sessions at the conference. The Company and Employee’s name will appear in the program.
- Sponsor will be allowed to place promotional material on the luncheon tables (with approval of the Committee).
- Sponsor’s logo will be on the banners.
- Scholarships will include the name of the Valedictorian Sponsor.
- Sponsor will be invited to create a message (maximum 25 words) to participants. This message will be run as a PowerPoint presentation and shown during lunch.
The Salutatorian Sponsor ($1,000) will receive:
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be included on the Committee’s website. If desired, the Sponsor’s direct link to their website can be added.
- Sponsor’s logo and name will be printed on conference bags or T-shirts.
- All advertisement for the Conference will include the Sponsor’s logo and name.
- Sponsor’s name will appear on the invitation and program for the Conference to be held on September 17, 2011
- Sponsor’s logo will be on the banners.
- Sponsor will be a given booth space at the conference.
- Sponsor will receive 4 tickets for the luncheon.
- Scholarships will include the name of the Salutatorian Sponsor.
- Sponsor will be invited to create a message (maximum 25) to participants. This message will be run as a PowerPoint presentation and shown during lunch.
The Principal’s Honor Roll Sponsor ($500) will receive:
- Sponsor’s name will be included on the Committee’s webpage. If desired, the Sponsor’s direct link to their webpage can be added.
- Sponsor’s name will be printed on conference bags or T-shirts.
- All advertisements for the Conference will include the Sponsor’s name.
- Sponsor’s name will appear on the invitation and program for the Conference to be held on September 17, 2011
- Sponsor will be a given booth space at the conference.
- Sponsor will receive 2 tickets for the luncheon.
- Scholarships will include the name of the Principal’s Honor Roll Sponsor.
The Table Sponsor ($400) will receive:
- Sponsor will receive 8 tickets for the luncheon.
